Below. a layer of blue shock-absorbing foam works to absorb impact shock and provide additional foot cushioning. The black support plate works to provide semi-rigid arch support and a sculpted deep heel cup. which will ensure proper arch support. heel support. and foot stability. A cut-out in the heel cup ensures that the soft blue foam will absorb impact shock under the heel. where your foot needs it most when moving.
